Authentic Self Group Coaching Program
My signature 10 week group coaching program is designed to help you embrace your Authentic Self and create lasting, transformative change. It’s about reconnecting with who you truly are, especially if you've spent too long prioritizing others' expectations over your own.
This holistic program takes a root-cause approach to healing, helping you:
● Heal inner child wounds
● Overcome limiting beliefs and unhelpful behavior
● Address self-worth and confidence struggles

This program follows my 7Cs Signature Method, a transformative process of self-discovery and emotional healing that guides you through:

The 10 week Food Freedom group coaching program is designed to help you break free from emotional eating, binge eating, poor body image, and unhealthy eating habits.
